🚚 Standard Delivery
1-day delivery is available only for select Indore pincodes.
For all other locations, the estimated delivery time is 4– 5 business days.

🗓️ Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM (IST).
Orders placed on Sundays, holidays, or after 6 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday only.

📦 Shipping Time
In-stock items are shipped within 24–48 hours.
Bulk orders may take an extra 1–3 business days for processing and may be shipped in combined packaging.

  • EXCHANGE/RETURNS

We offer a hassle-free 2-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags attached. We also offer a Refund within 15 Days of requesting for the return. (With online refund for Online Payments/Store credit for COD Payments only)

To process a Return/Exchange, please follow these simple steps:

1. Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged, must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

2. If you want to return a product, What’s App Us on +91 9238125373 right away. Include your order number, the product’s specifications, images and a brief explanation of why you’re returning the item (s).
3. Shipping amount is non-refundable. Once the item is picked up, we will credit the amount of that item as STORE CREDIT in your account (In COD payments) or we can do online refund within 15 business days (In Prepaid orders).

4. Please be advised that this exchange is valid only for 2 days post delivery.

Products may be exchanged as long as they are new, unopened, and still in their original packing and tags. We charge a fee of ₹110 for exchanges and reverse logistics. Regarding the exchange, you may contact us on WhatsApp for further information +91 9238125373.

  • Damage Policy :
    However if a product is defective during manufacture or shipping, a replacement will be provided to you. You may contact us with in 24 Hours of receiving.

Note : We do not offer refund for Damage Products only Replacement will be arranged.

You can exchange an item purchased on www.swarnaari.com with the same item or another one, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Cancellation

For all COD & Prepaid orders, please note once orders are shipped we won’t be able to cancel.
If order is not shipped, for prepaid orders , we will provide Gift card.

Note: We are currently not accepting any return requests for international orders.
